Be certain to attend BOTH parts of Harry Potter before it is condensed into a single play (with one intermission). Yes, it's long, and at least 20-25 minutes can be trimmed very easily, but it's also likely a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Many of the effects are so astounding you should not attempt to figure out the technical execution - just enjoy them. Moaning Myrtle deserves her own solo curtain call.
Liked: Incredible effects; strong acting and a compelling story; artfully divided into cliffhanger acts/parts.
Disliked: Patrons should not be eating during a live performance - this is not a movie.

Harry Potter was a great experience. Theater is beautiful.
Liked: Special attention from Sara to avoid stairs.
Disliked: Mobile entry did not work consistently. Could not get bar code to appear on phone. Spent over 2 hours trying to get ability to use mobile entry. Had me in tears day before I saw the play.
The staff was professional and courteous. The theatre was clean and beautifully set up for the show. We will definitely see future shows at the Foxwoods Theatre again!
Easy access in and out. Seats were comfy and roomy. Wasn't so large that you would have a bad view. Acoustics were great.
Liked: Not a bad seat in the house
