Liked: A great hotel in a fabulous location, offered free bottled water at reception at any time and free wine every day between 1pm and 7pm! The food in the hotel restaurant was lovely - had a breakfast and a dinner there during our stay when we were too tired to go out anywhere else. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfy and it was clean and the turndown service each night was a lovely touch. Would stay again.
Disliked: Our room didn't really get any sunlight so was a little dark but we didn't really spend much time inside apart from sleeping.

This was our third time...

Liked: We like the location of the hotel, everything is close by but it is not a busy street. Room was good size with huge TV, bathroom was really nice with a bath, beds were perfect to get a good night sleep after running around all day long. Staff was amazing and helped with all our requests immediately.
Disliked: Maybe the closet could be better size, but there are shelves in the room so everything can be put out of the suitcase.

Not a 5 start hotel...

Liked: Good location in mid town however very dark and poorly lit rooms - very far from the bright pictures.We started at an extremely gloomy room with only one small side window and were transferred into a better room upon our request which was nicer but still not as light and airy as one might expect from the pictures.Points for them for the quick transfer.The design is nice and sharp but I don’t think this is a really good hotel for families as it feels like a big bar.The breakfast option are rather poor especially for kids with two basic options.As for service - the people working there are however the service is far from the expected level in a real 5 start hotel. For one upon arrival at only 08:00 pm there was no doorman to assist us with 3 suitcases and 2 sleeping kids on our hands. Moreover on one of the days, housekeeping didn’t clean our room up until 03:00 pm which was exactly when we got back from a day outside - I was told they clean until 05:00 pm but I don’t think it is reasonable in a real 5 star hotel (especially when it is not that big) and lastly they don’t really answer or communicate in the booking chat in the two times I have tried.

Overall it was good.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was quite big.
Disliked: The room was nice but was a bit too dark.
