Very good

Liked: The hotel was located across from a subway station and was right in times square. The room was nice and felt clean. when we checked in the TV displayed a welcome message with our name which made it feel personal and welcoming. The hotel also had self service laundry which made the whole trip eaiser.
Disliked: The washing machine was coin operated. there also weren't that many washers and dryers in the laundry room.

Disliked: They charge me 5 times for 2 rooms Twice for 2 rooms and late cancellation fee (on booking cancellation was for free) so I’m fitting for my money refund.

Great location for the theater...

Liked: Courteous staff
Disliked: We were told to check in at 3 but room wasn't ready, had to hang around waiting. But they gave us bottled water while we waited so they tried to do what they could.
