Liked: Location
Disliked: The elevators for check out today were not capable of handling your crowd. People were frustrated for having to wait 4+ times for an elevator to have room. Extremely frustrating.

Perfect location and clean room

Liked: Location very central. The room was clean and everything worked perfectly (heat/AC/water/dryer).Free coffee and tea at the entrance for a cup before leaving or a camomile before night.
Disliked: At the moment of the booking, I sent a message for a special request (the availability and prices of upgrades) but they never seen my message.The room, 609, was the last of the hallway right next to a storage (for towels I guess) and at night between 12-2 there were noises from there.

Great location, good overall

Liked: Great location, close to the bus station and Broadway.The room was clean and comfortable. We could hear the neighbors on the other side of the partition door, though.The quality of the breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: The breakfast area was super crowded, people bumping into each other, and no tables available.

Liked: The rooms were clean and the staff were great
Disliked: For the price of one day I thought we would at least get a mini fridge, a better window scene, and breakfast was so unorganized, but still enjoyed our stay .

It was great. Would stay...

Liked: Breakfast was great! I would recommend getting there early as it gets crowded later in the morning. Steps away from Times Square and the subway.
Disliked: The lobby was small and there wasn't a bathroom in the lobby, but the staff was friendly and would give you a key to use the downstairs bathroom.

Liked: hotel and service really at a high level. Elevators fast and you didn't have to wait long for them. Rooms which I consider a big advantage are perfectly soundproofed. American style breakfasts. But everyone will find something for themselves. Omelettes, sausages, eggs, waffles, cereals. From fruits apples and pears..
