Easy to get around venue.

Great place for hockey - we had an awesome time.

Disliked: A few fans were really poor sports.

Liked: Great seating! Loved that they had snack vendors walking by with drinks and snacks during the game so we didn't have to get up for refills.
Disliked: Food and drinks very expensive!

There were American Airline staff everywhere. If you had a question someone was there to help. The seats were great. Very pleased with everything.
Liked: I took my 4 grandkids to see Justin Bieber. The staff was great and very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed the concert this year of American Idol due to the talent this season and the sound system at American Airlines Center. Our original seats were beyond horrible and had we had to remain in them we would not have stayed for the concert. I don't think these seats should ever be sold.
Liked: Sound system was good.
Disliked: Original seat had a totally obstructed view of the stage due to stair design.
