We really enjoyed our stay there, loved the kitchen set up! The room was very clean and comfortable.

Disliked: No ice or drinks on the 4th floor.

Very bad experience

Disliked: Could not sleep at all!! The people in room upstaris were making very loud noises could gear all the steps and sounds of moving stuff, our room even vibrate with the noises… we tried using white noise but dont help with the noises. This happened from evening intil 4am!! We tried calling reception nobody answer. We would like a refund

It was okay - property...

Liked: Had all the basics - great parking with safety features (Behind a controlled gate). Wide hall ways. Need to restretch the carpets in some places.At Breakfast Tammy was the STAR of the show. She was very hospitable.
Disliked: Lighting was a little dinghy - needs a little brightening up.

Great stay and perfect location

Liked: The location was a perfect walk for any event located at the American airlines center. The room was very spacious and very nice.
Disliked: The pool was nice but could use some landscaping trees trim. Also cleaned a little bit.
