Motel 6 Dallas TX Downtown

I would stay away from this hotel as it is surrounded by a lot of suspect people, around the area of the hotel and in the hotel. The rooms were shabby and were infested with cockroaches.

Liked: Location to Karlita Humphreys Theater.
Disliked: Hotel room; services; other hotel clients.

The Uber to American Airlines Center was $6 (not including tip) and there is a Denny’s across the street. Staff was friendly and the room as clean as it could get. It was quiet, there was an outdoor pool, and an old but working fridge in the room. However, the room smelled like stale cigarettes and urine. The price was great, so if you can handle the stink it’s liveable for a night after a concert.

Disliked: Room smelled terrible, like urine and cigarettes. Roaches.

Disliked: Our door had gaps and no chain or dead bolt.

Disliked: TV didn't work; fridge would work if there was a plug in for it; front desk person was rude - told me he couldn't fix the TV.

My husband and I stayed for one night and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the A/C worked well. We'll be happy to stay here on our next visit to Dallas.

My sister and I stayed in a room with two queen beds. The room was clean and the bedding matched (it freaks me out when it doesn't). The beds were very comfortable and all toiletries were provided as well as clean towels. I would recommend it to any friends or family members. Great job!
