Liked: I want to say a special thanks to the doorman/valet, Stacey. He was such a welcoming and kind individual. Really made a great impression to begin our stay! All the staff was great, The room was excellent and clean. That view from the rooftop lounge was amazing! Next time I stay in Dallas, it will be here.

An upscale, very clean hotel...

Liked: Very clean, ultramodern decor in rooms (my favorite), exceptionally comfortable bed. Free filtered water just down the hall.

Liked: Clean facilities.
Disliked: They charge you 1000$ more than agreed with absolutely no reason or recipt why. The breakfast is the worst I have ever have. If you stay for more than few nights prepare yourself to eat the same eggs each day. There is no other option but eggs and some random staff. A complete disaster.

Amazing

Liked: The location as well as the facility was really nice. Also, the valet driver is amazing! He was so friendly, he was great to interact with.

Comfortable hotel in great location

Liked: Great location close to restaurants and the Katy trail.
Disliked: Missing a pool which would be a nice add on in hot weather.

Poor front desk/manager attitudes and actions turned a positive experience into a negative one.

Disliked: Front desk staff acted like we were a nuisance. When we asked a question they could not answer, we were told another staff member would contact us the next day. Did not happen. Front desk staff acted as if they worked from a script, and and any question or situation not on that script confused them.

Disliked: It look like the Hotel want to play in a higher Level but it is not able to / no matter how much they spray room scent at the entry.Stuff/Service: unfriendly, rude, spiritless stuff. It seems that only house keeping does much for less.Service (if she stopped Talking to the colleagues) at breakfast was terrible. Cleanlines: Most of the table at breakfast with Dirty tables. Weve been there at 6:15am so seems Nobody cleanded the tables from the Night.Room was clean - but at the Weekend you have to ask to clean the roomFood: Overprized. Buffet was only with a view options. Latte arrived in plastic Cups.Room: Big, quite noisy and with unpractical Facility. Only one chair available.Cannot recommend this hotel.
