May look for another property...

Liked: WE have stayed before and loved it. This time not as good. There were weddings there the weekend we were there so might have been too much for them to handle. Just wasn't as good.
Disliked: The bathroom was small and had to literaly squeeze into part of bathroom with the toilet. Restaurant was not as good as before.

Good spa service, but limited....

Liked: Room service breakfast was exceptional. Fresh, hot, timely. Very good indeed.
Disliked: Slightly disappointed with the in room bar. Good snacks, wine, but bourbon/liquor choices were mid level. Would have been nice to have ice in the ice bucket upon arrival. Asked the porter to bring ice and it never arrived. Had to call and request it again. A small thing, but this is a premium property. We stayed at the Ritz Dallas two weeks ago, and there was ice waiting for us in the room. I do like the Mansion bar and live music better than the bar at the Ritz. Well done.
