Will look for something else next time.
Liked: Nice location.
Disliked: Valet took forever to get my truck to me a couple times. Everything is just to expensive - $7.50 for a bottle of water?

We had 2 rooms reserved. One room, the air conditioner did not work at all so had to move to another room. The other room we thought the air conditioner was working but after the concert we came back and the room was warm. Lowered temperature to 55 and never got cool. Do not know if I would go back there or not.
Liked: The swimming pool is awesome.
Disliked: Air Conditioner did not work well. The room never cooled off.

Staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
Liked: Very nice room and clean. The lobby is impressive.
Disliked: The house cleaning walked into our room two hours before check out and came in even though we said don't enter.

Disliked: The AC did not work in our room. We literally burnt up all night. The waitress in the bar made a mess pouring 3 out of 4 drinks. My girlfriend and I came in separate cars and we were hit with $64 dollars in parking charges.

Liked: The valet parking attendants and room service staff were excellent but that's about it. We chose the Fairmont for its location and reputation but this one was way below their standards.
Disliked: What the hotel did NOT have: 1. A chair. Photos show a wing chair and ottoman but the only chair in the room was an armless desk chair. 2. Adequate front desk help. When we arrived, the only desk clerk was engaged in a lengthy conversation with two men about room rates. We waited and waited. She did not look up or call anyone. Finally we interrupted and asked the men if we could check in since we were late for a function. The clerk never apologized. We thanked the men profusely. 3. A second coffee mug. Two people, one mug. 'Nuf said. 4. A makeup mirror. The bathroom sink is very deep and there's no other mirror/light combination that make accurately shaving or putting on makeup doable. 5. Free Internet. $15 a night. In 2017. Seriously? We travel an average of 60 nights a year. With the competition in Dallas, we'll never stay here again. Sadly, we'll probably never stay at a Fairmont again.

Liked: Liked the establishment the best, the rooms were beautiful and the service was great.
Disliked: There wasn't any one available to help us carry our luggage to our room and the money that was held as our deposit took a lot longer to return to our card than was said it would.
