Liked: Overall facilities and restaurant were nice
Disliked: There was a terrible noise in my room from the heater I believe and couldn’t sleep the first night. I complained and got another room but front desk didn’t apologize

Clean but dissapointing

Liked: Although there is a huge construction site next to the hotel, I think location within Dallas is good. The hotel is clean and the staff at the restaurant and bar was very helpful.
Disliked: The room was small, and a few items were out of order such as the minifridge, and the furniture in the bathroom. There was not enough space to hold the toiletries, design was not great. I was not impressed by the hotel at all, and you could find much better value at the Marriott just 2 blocks away.

So so motel with lackluster...

Liked: Looked nice. Old but nice
Disliked: Checked in at 5. Valet took car to park. 5:45pm requested car via text. Message “car not found”. Had to walk down to request it. Was told they hadn’t entered tickets in system yet. On check out, requested car via text, said 5 minutes to pick up. Waiting outside 15 minutes and had to ask for car. Said “ it’s on its way”. Then found keys and went to go get. Also, pic on website shows what appears to be rooftop patio. However, it’s just a suite with no access. Misleading advertising in my opinion. Room service advertised til midnight. Ordered at 11. Called my room at 11:45 and said no one around to bring up and had to come down to bar and get it myself.

A great stop over visiting...

Liked: Excellent service and cleanliness and comfort all members of staff were excellent and helpful from the front desk to the valet all in all excellent
Disliked: Didn't find anything to fault at all well done
