Top notch customer service

Liked: Hotel was clean, close to main attractions. Staff was superb and very accomodating
Disliked: We booked a 3 night stay but had to leave after first night as we underestimated how loud it would get around the hotel. We are light sleepers plus had a 1 year old baby. Even though it was a no refund reservation, staff still went ahead and refunded our 2 nights stay which was very nice. You don’t find this level of customer service these days.

Liked: The rooms themselves were lovely.
Disliked: The hotel accidentally charged me for an additional night, to the best part of $400, which is yet to come back to my account.They then charged for the two bottles of water next to the bed, which I was shocked to find were not complimentary. If they had been chargeable, they should have been placed with the remaining bar items. I feel this was very misleading.The internet wouldn’t connect without the code, which I did not have from the concierge, so did not have WiFi for the first night as I arrived late.

Comfortable stay, delicious complimentary refreshments,...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. There were great complimentary features like delicious hot apple cider in the lobby one evening and a "Christmas Movie Night" which provided popcorn and hot chocolate. We got brunch at the attached restaurant which was great, with an attentive and kind chef who came to check on us and ask if our meal was good. Everyone at the front desk was nice and professional. It was a great stay.
