Hotel ZaZa Dallas

Paul was amazing to give us the fabulous Escape room. We felt like real rock stars - thank you, Paul! Breakfast at Dragonfly was great and the host and wait staff amazingly attentive. Planning our next concert and stay at ZaZa Dallas!

Liked: The staff are friendly. The hotel's atmosphere is amazing, friendly and flirty. I'm a huge fan of the decor and you can tell by the way the rooms are decorated. They went above standard four-star hotels

Liked: Breakfast and location were both perfect !!
Disliked: That I had to pay a $100 non refundable deposit for my 2 pound fur baby - she is tiny and made no mess

Liked: The staff was very friendly but did not get the problem taken care of.
Disliked: The air conditioning in my room did not work. I asked for it to be fixed in the morning on my way out after sleeping in an 86 degree room. When I got home late that night it still was not fixed but it was too late at night to wait to have it fixed or to move rooms. The room was again over 85 degrees. The front desk did give me a discount on the room but I stilled paid a high rate for a miserable sleeping experience.

Fun, unique and vibrant place...

Liked: Such a beautiful and interesting place! The decor was soImpressive and interesting. We loved the snacks available and the choices at the restaurant. The shuttle service to anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel is such a treat.
Disliked: Nothing - we loved it all.
