I booked on the spur of the moment, walked and and was told I was upgraded to a suite; impeccable service and the room was fantastic! Had breakfast the next morning and it was reasonably priced and the quality was decent. The location was perfect and they had complimentary shuttle service. I did go to Amos' Southend and loved the Bearded Ladies fundraiser..This will be my go to hotel in Charlotte! All positive..

Took my teenagers to see Hinder, Beyond The Fade, and Isabelle's Gift. We had an awesome time. Everyone was polite; sound was good; tickets were reasonably priced. Small atmosphere, so no worries of losing my kids in a large crowd. No inside smoking so that's a plus for the kids also. Great place for a night out with the family - will definitely be going back. =)

My 13-year old daughter and two friends attended the Family Force Five christian concert here last Friday night. I am a very conservative parent and had asked several opinions of friends who had been to this club prior to allowing daughter to attend unsupervised. Daughter texted me throughout the concert that she was fine and felt safe and loved the small venue. The guys in the band were friendly, goofy, and every 13-year old girl's dream of a band. LOL! (They signed autographs and took pix with the girls, etc.) Since I only dropped off and picked up and did not go in, I have no review of the actual place. However, it was great to know the girls were safe there and I was confident they wouldn't get into trouble. They said beer was sold but they did not see anyone partaking.
