Music was playing till 2:00 am - very loud. Had to pay for parking - $28.00 for 1 night.

Liked: The location was great and the cleanliness was on point
Disliked: My room wouldn’t get cool so I slept in a 76 degree room. I ran in bcs I had dinner reservations and put the air down to 68. I didn’t get back in until midnight and tried to cool again but it didn’t work.

Liked: The location to the Spectrum center and the light rail was perfect. The hotel staff were friendly and professional.
Disliked: The self parking garage was a mess. We had our “pass” but it did not work most of the time. We had to call for assistance a few times to exit. Very stressful when there’s a line behind you. Our room was clean but clothes were left from previous guest; and dishes were in the dishwasher—they were clean.

Liked: Location. Comfortable bed. Nice TV.
Disliked: Elevator waits. Discovered no complimentary bottled water in the room after returning from a concert at 11:00PM (even Motel 6's provide bottled water. How cheap can you get?) . Unreadable soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensors in the shower.
