lDerek "Stayed just one night, but I would stay again tomorrow! It was excellent, clean, and has a fantastic location in Uptown Charlotte. The staff seemed to enjoy hospitality and they seem very well trained! I can't say enough good things about Hyatt House. For the money on a city experience, this is a well run hotel!"

We had a blast! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The venue was clean. Seats were nice. Overall great experience.

Liked: Visibility; staff friendliness.
Disliked: Getting in and out was a little difficult.

The drive in is too small. There isn't enough room within the grounds for the lines that they had. There wasn't much of a security presence for the type of crowd.

Liked: Pit was a good size.
Disliked: Lack of restroom facilities; huge lines for beer; less security than necessary.

We saw PRETTYMUCH perform at this concert venue. The amphitheater was very nice and clean, yet there was not really enough shade to protect from the sun as it was very hot while we were waiting for the concert to start. All of the people working at the amphitheater were very nice and accommodating.

Liked: The band was very entertaining.
Disliked: Not enough shade to protect the crowd from the heat.

The venue seating was awesome; the view was great; the people were nice; but really at $11.50 for a beer and five dollars for a bottle of water? A little ridiculous.

Disliked: $11.50 for a can of beer and five dollars for a bottle of water - really!?
