Perfect location for Bank of...

Liked: Excellent location, very clean and spacious room, friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great!

NASTY PLACE

Liked: Water pressure
Disliked: The room was nasty, toe nails on the floor. Something was running down the mirror. But the worst was the pillows was dirt stained and stunk all to be damn. The bed sheet looked like someone just rolled out of it . This IS the nastiest hotel room I have ever been in . They did move us to a different room, and it had a dated smell to it . On the way out , there was a dead water bug at the front door. My wife and I do quite a bit of traveling. We will never, ever stay in another Residents in ever.. Nor will we recommend anybody stay there. The smell in the first room was unbearable And frankly quite unbelievable.

Liked: The staff was great and location was perfect.
Disliked: There was several smoke alarms going off all night in the hallways and other rooms. Drove us nuts. The bed was uncomfortable for my back issues.

Superb

Liked: The breakfast buffet was better than most with included breakfast, nice offering to create your own yogurt parfait. Nice coffee/tea bar with a couple of syrups and ability to make iced coffee. Room was huge with a large bathroom and very quiet. Location couldn’t be any more perfect for events at Bank of America stadium.
Disliked: It was pretty expensive due to several area events.

Liked: I liked the comfort & cleanliness.
Disliked: The parking garage was confusing to me. We had to get a ticket from the front desk or something. We did not understand that and it was not explained well by the front desk staff at the hotel. We paid an extra $10 to get out of the garage one day, when we just supposed to get a ticket from the hotel front desk. We don't travel much & it was very confusing.

Excellent value, comfortable and clean...

Liked: Staff was super friendly, efficient, and seemed genuinely concerned that our stay had been a good one. Breakfast was very good and the staff kept the serving area and tables clean and neat.Visit was about as close to perfect as it could have been. Bed and pillows were great (I had to remove the pillowcase to check the brand as I'm moving and want great pillows for our new place.
Disliked: Can't think of a thing.
