Liked: Ideal location in the heart of the theater, restaraunt, and museum district.
Disliked: Hotel was tired looking. Blinds in room were not effective in blocking lights from outside. Furniture and bathroom cabinets were old, worn, and drab by.

Amazing restaurant

Liked: The room was clean and spacioys, although some odd peeling on the wallpaper in the bathroom, and no coasters for wooden furniture.
Disliked: Staff was lovely, but disorganized, no room service menu in room, couldn?t give me directions. Not a tight ship, but overall satisfactory.

Poor - 1 out of 5

Christopher Fri, 14 February 2020

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Air conditioning was broken for the whole hotel. There were only a few outlets to plug in fans and phones. Actually had to move the mattress and unplug the lights to have a spot to plug in my fan. Then the shower head was broke.

Would make another choice the...

Liked: We chose this hotel because of the location. I love the robes!
Disliked: Hotel was being renovated which it definitely needs. While our room was nice, comfortable bed, pillows and nice bath, the rest of the facilities were shabby. It looked like the carpet in the common areas hadn't been swept for a while and it was just looked unkempt. Also, the valet entrance was blocked to accommodate the construction materials, so we parked in the adjacent garage and it cost $6.00 for us to unpack and check in. Bellmen were helpful. Registration staff dismissive.
