If booking.com cannot reserve spaces...

Disliked: I booked a room with two queen size beds for 3 adults. My flight was delayed in Miami so I told my daughter who was flying in from NY to call the hotel and let them know that we would be checking in late. She was told there was no rooms available at the hotel. When I arrived I called and I let the hotel person know that my stay was prepaid. She then proceeded to give us a room at the Westin with 1 bed and 1 couch promising the next morning they would send a car to pick us up to take us to the Grand Bohemian and that she was going to upgrade us to a suite. What she gave us was definitely not an upgrade. We were given a corner room where we heard every emergency vehicle and we had 1 king size bed and a couch for 6 days. Not exactly how I intended to spend my prepaid stay. I have asked the hotel to refund my money in its entirety if they fail to resolve my issue by Friday June 13 I will be filing a full refund to my credit card.

Liked: Hotel/staff were wonderful, eclectic and beautiful, super comfy beds/linens, location was perfect. I will stay there whenever I visit Charlotte.

Beautiful and Comfy

Liked: Amazing staff! Josue was very professional and efficient along with any staff members I encountered. An amazing venue to host a wedding. I was a wedding guest. Top notch! Love the details in decor and the Art work is beautiful!
