Stayed just one night, but I would stay again tomorrow! It was excellent, clean, and has a fantastic location in Uptown Charlotte. The staff seemed to enjoy hospitality and they seem very well trained! I can't say enough good things about Hyatt House. For the money on a city experience, this is a well run hotel!
Liked: The room was awesome, private, and all the staff was really friendly and spoke to us!
Disliked: Nope!

All staff were happy and helpful and courteous. In general, a very pleasant stay at Hyatt House Charlotte Center City. Would definitely recommend.
Disliked: An extra $28 for valet parking. Traffic noise.

Very clean and nice location; the 50 dollars in parking the car was not fun and the amenities were bad because of the renovation - I'm sure it will be nice when they are finished. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and gave me and my wife back pain; besides that it was a pleasant stay.
Liked: Location and being able to walk downtown.
Disliked: Paying for parking was not fun and the hotel was being renovated and the pool was a joke.

Disliked: No coffee cups in room. Breakfast items slow to be replenished (including forks).

Went to see BonJovi at the Spectrum Center. The Hyatt House Charlotte is right next door. Rooms were clean and very nice. I would highly recommend this place for your next big event in Charlotte NC!
Liked: Fantastic location, literally steps from Spectrum Center. Everything was great!
Disliked: Nothing bad to say.

Liked: Friendly staff; clean, up to date rooms.
Disliked: Long wait for valet parking due to only one attendant working at check in but very quick at check out due to 3 attendants working.

Great hotel. Pleasant staff and tasty breakfast. I'll definitely stay again.
Liked: The bed so amazing. So comfortable and the small kitchen was a plus.
Disliked: The bathroom had no fan.

Room was very clean and spacious; housekeeping and valet parking staff and front desk were extremely friendly and helpful.
Liked: Very clean. Was greeted when we arrived and valet parking was outstanding.
Disliked: Bar was bad experience. Ordered one beer and it was hot. Next ordered a cocktail and ice melted. Lastly ordered a shot of tequila and it wasn't even chilled. Couldn't drink it so we left and went elsewhere. Bartenders were unfriendly and inattentive.
