The entire staff here is excellent and the location is perfect. Rooms are spacious and clean and plenty of amenities.

Liked: Customer service; room quality and location.

Great place to stay. Well thought out room and bathroom. Pleasantly surprised. The staff was great! Room was very nice with lots of room and a small kitchen complete with dishwasher and a full size fridge. Kitchen was stocked with the basics. 2 burner stove. Bathroom was well thought out. Foot pedestal for shaving legs, steamer rack and loved the provided in shower hygiene elements. I was impressed.

Disliked: Nothing.

Stayed just one night, but I would stay again tomorrow! It was excellent, clean, and has a fantastic location in Uptown Charlotte. The staff seemed to enjoy hospitality and they seem very well trained! I can't say enough good things about Hyatt House. For the money on a city experience, this is a well run hotel!

Liked: The room was awesome, private, and all the staff was really friendly and spoke to us!
Disliked: Nope!

All staff were happy and helpful and courteous. In general, a very pleasant stay at Hyatt House Charlotte Center City. Would definitely recommend.

Disliked: An extra $28 for valet parking. Traffic noise.

Very clean and nice location; the 50 dollars in parking the car was not fun and the amenities were bad because of the renovation - I'm sure it will be nice when they are finished. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and gave me and my wife back pain; besides that it was a pleasant stay.

Liked: Location and being able to walk downtown.
Disliked: Paying for parking was not fun and the hotel was being renovated and the pool was a joke.

Went to see BonJovi at the Spectrum Center. The Hyatt House Charlotte is right next door. Rooms were clean and very nice. I would highly recommend this place for your next big event in Charlotte NC!
