Disliked: The room I booked is not the one we get it. Should be two bed. We try to change but was not possible after check in.

Liked: Convenience to activities.
Disliked: The elevator nightmare, n9 matter what time it was a very long wait. When the operator wanted to on duty it ran like clockwork.

Hidden fees suck Bob!

Liked: Shower was ok
Disliked: Long waits for elevator, confusing layout worst of all parking. Not to mention they charged me 60$ to park for 18 hrs without telling me. Surprise buddy! rich gettin richer.

Liked: Nice location
Disliked: Didn’t know i had to request for housekeeping to come freshen up my room and give me extra towels and rags. No one took the trash out and even when i put the request in after front desk told me i had to put one in when i was leaving out for brunch. They said they take care of it. I came back and the room wasn’t cleaned nor did i have any fresh towels and rags. Also still waiting on my deposit which showing payment is still pending in my bank account. Other than that the stay was good.
