Check-in starts at 3pm; recommend calling ahead to see if you have a cleaned room. I stood in line waiting to check-in at the desk for 2 hours with other guests and still didn't get a cleaned room prior to our concert event.
Liked: Location to the Spectrum Center Event.
Disliked: Stood in line for 2 hours waiting to get checked in along with about 20 other guests starting at 5pm-7:15pm and couldn't get a cleaned room. We had to use the public bathrooms to get ready for the 7:30pm Kid Rock Concert. It's been three days and I'm still waiting for the General Manager Adam to comp my room. I did receive a room key so I could get into my room after the concert. We got 4 hours of sleep for $243.00 at a 4 Star Hotel. The hotel was not prepared for the number of guests who had reservations. Hoping to see my credit card credited as the hotel promised.

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very willing to answer any questions and was very courteous.
Liked: Room was comfortable. Staff was helpful and very courteous.
Disliked: No shuttle service.

They asked about what brought us there and after we said we were attending a concert they immediately got a car scheduled for us so we didn't have to drive and worry about parking. Will most definitely stay here anytime I'm in Charlotte NC.
Liked: Everyone was awesome and very professional.

NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
Liked: The front desk guys were nice and understanding but that?s literally it ..
Disliked: There was hair in my bathtub more than several. The bathroom sink looked like it did not get wiped down as there was still toothpaste in and around it. The floor was also not vacuumed and when asked housekeeper to borrow sanitizer she gave me and order neutralizer. At least teach them the differences between chemicals. Also room smelt like mold. Also because I am a 23 year old who was traveling with my fiancée and two year old I felt like I wasn?t taken seriously and was highly discriminated against based off my appearance. Will be talking with corporate. Unacceptable.

Disliked: Breakfast fell short big time (possibly because COVID). The hotel experience with felt subpar but was propped up by a good location and view.

Great Stay Wish Parking Was...
Liked: The staff are polite and helpful, the location is prime with everything close by, the rooms were spacious. I'll definitely come back.
Disliked: Wish the parking could've been included

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Had parking issues every night. The room smelled like smoke. Was suppose to get credit for the issues we had and now the valet is denying it.

Liked: The valet staff were very friendly and prompted. The check in staff was friendly as well but very busy because they were doing multiple jobs. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: No microwave in the rooms
