Disliked: The balcony seats - too far away and too small.

The setting was spectacular and their sound system was great as well for the concert we attended. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
Liked: This is a beautiful setting! Intimate. Sound quality was great for the concert.
Disliked: Lobby gets quite crowded and I would not characterize the service as quick.

Attended Leonard Cohen concert. Absolutely beautiful facility. What a treasure for Boston. Acoustics were great. Perfect venue for this artist. Really impressed by how fast the line moved at the ladies room during intermission!
