Liked: Location.
Disliked: Room was uncomfortably small.

Great location

Liked: The location is fantastic, right beside the underground transportation and most big attractions. The bar at the hotel was handy as everything in the area closed early midweek
Disliked: The check in staff member was so unenthusiastic , the room was small and had a very narrow area between walking to the bathroom and the other side of the room. The bed was also placed pretty much beside the loo which wasn’t lovely, the tv was advertised as streaming services but the chrome cast did not work.

Liked: The property was fine, the person working the front desk was very rude and denied me my reservation.
Disliked: The reservation was deleted because they overbooked and I was left out on the street without a room.

Disliked: The lobby. There’s a step up / step down right by the elevators which kind of dangerous for the elders.

Disliked: facility was old, little storage space bed was fair, only one elevator worked, too much outside noise hard to sleep, room was very small.
