Best hotel in Boston

Liked: I enjoyed everything about this hotel. No complaints. Clean, exceptional service and in the center of everything. Bed was so comfortable. Staff was incredible. Food was delicious!

Beautiful property

Liked: I love the ambiance, chandeliers and Oak restaurant.
Disliked: The hotel needs to upgrade it's rooms computer system. Our room keys did not work three times, resulting in my sister getting locked in the elevator. The front desk always dealt with it promptly but that shouldn't be happening.
