Exceptional

Disappointed.

Liked: It was a good location.
Disliked: The property has not been kept up to date and the amenities are poor. For the price and with the label of luxury I was very disappointed. I stay at a number of Fairmont properties and this one was by far the worst.

A perfect splurge hotel

Liked: The room was exceptionally large and beautiful. It had double sinks in the bathroom and a walk-in closet. Everything was clean and beautifully appointed. The beds (two queens) were very comfortable. The hotel itself is in a perfect location and near a myriad of restaurants and activities.
Disliked: One outlet in the bathroom did not work nor did the coffee maker. Also, it would be nice to have a refrigerator--there was a space for it but it was removed.--

Wonderful stay, highly recommend!

Liked: Staff were all welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious, immaculate and had everything we needed.The fourth floor gold service was outstanding. Wonderful to have a smaller quieter space for relaxing. The Pantry/hors d'ouvre/breakfast excellent and all the staff were wonderful. We stayed here many years ago and it is equally good and next time we're in Boston would be back without hesitation.
Disliked: Nothing!
