A perfect stay.

Liked: The entire staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. We only stayed for one night but managed to need guidance on 3 or 4 occasions. During this time we interacted with 3 different staff members, each as gracious as the last. Connie, the GM, was particularly helpful. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and well equipped.
Disliked: it was really perfect but if I had to make a suggestion it would be to offer teabags and instant coffee along with the kettle (or ideally a coffee maker)

Very good

Disliked: Everything was great but I wish the staff could have done more to lower the volume of drunk people in the lobby which was open to the mezzanine, where our room was located. Woke us up both nights and went on for a long time.

Revolution is modern, efficient, &...

Liked: Fantastic location for train & public transportation. Great restaurants, multiple breakfast options are close, as well as Boston sites. Room, bed & bedding very comfortable.
Disliked: Limited surfaces in bathroom to hold my stuff. Limited surfaces in bedroom for two people. Mezzanine level rooms do not have a window view.

Really uncomfortable room/bathroom, not worth...

Liked: The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful and the look/ambiance of the hotel itself was pretty cool. Convenient coffee shop right in the hotel was nice. Hotel is in a good location.
Disliked: The room was MUCH smaller than we expected. For two of us there wasn?t much room for both of us to change and get ready. The bathroom was awful, our toilet made such a loud noise when flushed that we avoided it entirely at night, and it didn?t flush toilet paper properly 8/10 times. The shower was so small and so close to the toilet that most of the ?bathroom? area would be soaked after one shower. The sink was so small we couldn?t wash our face without water going all over the place. Our room was right next to the lobby so we were woken up every morning around 7am and usually late at night by loud guests and hotel staff. And all night we could hear other rooms flushing their toilets and using their showers and it wasn?t super loud but loud enough to keep you up. So overall it was really hard to get a decent night?s rest. The sliding door to the bathroom was ridiculously heavy to move, half the time we just left it open because it wouldn?t budge most of the time. So the actual room/accommodations were terrible and not worth the money at all. But the hassle and discomfort we went through with the room was not worth the price whatsoever. Definitely won?t be staying here again.

Great hotel, great staff, nice...

Liked: The entire front desk staff was superlative, particularly Connie the manager, who was knowledgeable friendly intelligent capable and a total pleasure to deal with.
Disliked: Maybe a bit more flat surfaces to spread out in and a way to get hot tea in the evening without going out to a restaurant.
