Disliked: I went outside for a smoke. Little while after being back in my room two employees came to my room and harassed me for smoking in my room. They admitted very quickly they were wrong. Very unprofessional!

Perfect accommodation to enjoy the...

Liked: We had a surprise room upgrade which was a lovely gesture, and the harbour view from the room was breathtaking. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a detailed introduction to the room from the concierge Dennis, who was very helpful. Our guest experience was exceptional throughout, thanks to some thoughtful touches such as a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries sent up for us. Rodney on reception and Rafael at breakfast were especially helpful and friendly.

The perfect experience our family...

Liked: We had an unfortunate situation with our daughter suffering an asthmatic situation in the middle of the night to which we had to go to hospital, the hotel assisted fantastically and moved us to a room more suited to allergy friendly conditions. The staff were all extremely accommodating and made the circumstance that much easier to handle.
