A rip off

Liked: Close to boston common, and metro
Disliked: The destination change added to our bill.pre paid the hotel bill before leaving the UK. At the hotel was asked for a credit card ,when asked why I was told it was for any damage to the room. After leaving the hotel I was charged 200 pounds destination fee, this is a complete rip off and the reception desk did not explain this.having paid some much for a very small room this is a joke.please do not get caught out like I did.

Very good

Liked: Hotel was clean and privided coupons for food and drinks. The location was central and close to Boston marathon finish.
Disliked: On the weekends there is lots of partying, motorcyles and sirens outside the hotel so it's impossible to sleep. The hotel actually had ear plugs on the night stands.

Good for one night but...

Liked: Very clean rooms. Bathrooms really nice and spacious given the size of the actual rooms.
Disliked: We payed a lot of money for this room as it was Boston Marathon week and we got a tiny room with no wardrobe and no coffee machine. We were up on the 19th floor it was still so loud. The city noise of beeping horns, sirens and really loud music, as well as noise from neighbouring rooms.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything !! My hotel room was not adequately based on what my reservation required. The staff was not accommodating absolutely the most horrific experience. I would not recommend

My stay was very convenient...

Liked: Thelocation was excellent to the subway and walkability to many places including the T.
Disliked: wish there is some breakfast available on the premise.

Perfect!

Liked: Location was so central. It was so easy to access from the airport with public transportation. We were on the 23rd floor, so we didn't hear that much noise from outside or our neighbours. There were always people around in the lobby or bar. Everything was clean! If I go to Boston again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Moxy.
