Professionalism of staff; wonderful room; ambiance of the hotel was lovely; highly recommend!

Perfect location for the Boston Opera House.

Liked: Good service; nice beds; good A/C; good bath products; excellent valet service; sharp lobby area.
Disliked: Noisy halls; I could hear people above me.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt and found it to be an exceptional value. The price was great and we walked one block to a fabulous restaurant and then another block to the Wilbur for a show. Room was clean and bed comfortable!!!

Liked: Hyatt Regency Boston was located in a great area for walking too many local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The property was clean and well-maintained, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet.
Disliked: The multiple elevators to get to your room
