Liked: The concert performer.
Disliked: The overall layout of the YUM Center; limited ways to get to your seats; we found a "secret" way to our seats through curtains near food service areas.

The place was OK - nothing special as far as giant arenas go. Like most arenas, the seats are small and the aisles are super narrow. I wish the show had more general admission/standing areas, but that's probably more the band's decision than the arena. Beers were $9.75 a piece, which seemed a bit much, even for arena prices. I've gotten used to the price gouging at places like this, but I was expecting about 8 bucks, not 9.75. Overall, it was a decent place to see a show. The spaces outside the concert area (the halls where you enter the sections, buy beer, etc.) were big and wide, which was nice. Not as much crowding as in some venues.

Liked: The halls outside the concert area were spacious so not a lot of crowding.
Disliked: Beer prices; small size of seats and aisles.

Very nice venue to see a concert. We had floor seats, with a good view of the stage, but the big screens were wonderful to get up close and personal looks at the performers. The staff were very helpful in guiding us to our seats, restrooms, vendor areas, etc.; the place was clean and spacious; the concession areas were very nice as well.

Liked: Great acoustics; new arena with nice seating; excellent place to see a concert.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The KFC Yum Center staff is unbelievable. They are so dialed in that even though it was New Year's Eve, everything went so smoothly for the crowd they had. I love that they had security wanding, looking in purses and making my husband empty his pocket. Thank you for caring about my safety! I'm handicapped and they made it so easy on me. They directed me to my seat from the elevator to the seat. Kudos to you! I'm coming back for Blake Shelton and Bruce Springsteen. I'm so looking forward to another great experience.

Floor seating was so far back that it made stadium seating really far back. I would advise people to buy stadium seats to the left or right on the stage.

Liked: Bruno Mars was awesome.
Disliked: Overpriced seating - paid $500.00 for 2 seats in section 111 row AA.

Great Eagles concert. Clean; friendly staff. Easy walk from motel. Food was affordable. If I'm ever in Kentucky again I won't think twice about seeing another event there!

Need more screens for those in upper levels to see also.
