Hyatt Regency Louisville

This is a really nice place to stay. Really clean. Our king size bed was so comfortable. A home away from home.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the towels were nice and soft. The people at the front desk was really nice and when we asked for something they got to us fast.
Disliked: I wish it hadn't costed so much but the room and the people and the atmosphere made it worth it. The only really bad thing was we didn't get enough time to relax and swim.

Liked: Perfect location. Rooms were clean and modern!
Disliked: No complaints!

Overall, I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Louisville. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room and the entire facility itself were clean, well kept, and up to date. The hotel was located in a great area with good restaurants, bars, and shops. There was a mix of local establishments and larger, corporate establishments. I will definitely stay there again upon my return.

Liked: Great staff, great rooms, great location.
Disliked: The shared parking with the Convention Center is not the best, because that's a separate charge which should be included in the hotel rate. Also, the Convention Center staff who runs the parking garage are not nearly as pleasant or professional as the Hyatt staff.

It was very nice and everyone was very polite and helpful!

For the money I spent, I would expect a refrigerator and microwave in the room and a warm shower. I would stay somewhere else next time I visit Louisville.

Room was clean and modern. Renovations were in process, so no coffee shop or bar. Elevators are extremely slow. Room was not available until after three o'clock. Charge for internet is ridiculous. Parking fee is high. Good location for downtown activities.
