Liked: It was nice, but very expensive. Probably would not stay there again.
Disliked: The billing got mixed up and I found the billing office to be a bit rude, but they did fix the problem.

Liked: The room was beautiful and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The Brown upgraded our room, so it was quite large. Everything was first class. Unfortunately, we were unable to dine at the cafe due to some other commitments, but it was beautiful as well. I would highly recommend The Brown.
Disliked: I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was a tremendous experience.

Liked: The staff was Amazing, especially Stephen at valet and Nathan at registration !!!
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable, it was like trying to sleep on a padded stone slab.

Liked: The location was ideal for walking downtown to tourist attractions like the Louisville Slugger Museum. Overall the staff was friendly but the Valet attendants were by far the most attentive and helpful as far as customer service.
Disliked: This is a nice historic hotel so I expected the rooms to reflect The Brown's reputation. Our king sized bed was too soft and sagged in the middle. Both my husband and I didn't sleep well and woke up with sore backs. The most unfortunate aspect of the room layout was the toilet. It was literally crammed next to a wall (even though there was room to spare) with a handicap bar next to it. Unless you are a size zero, you pretty much had to sit sideways on the toilet in order to use it. Very uncomfortable. So much so that my husband would even go down to the lobby to use that bathroom instead. I'm not sure that we will stay at The Brown again on our next visit.
