Disliked: The Valet forgot to give me my keys. Had to go back to the hotel to retreive them. I was already half way to Cincinnati when I had to return. But they refunded the me money.

Fabulous, I am already planning...

Liked: I loved the property. I already told friends my entire weekend could have been spent just at Omni’s gorgeous property. There is so much to do and enjoy at from great coffee to a tasting room and so much more.
Disliked: I only had a complaint about housekeeping. Behind the furniture was a ton of dust accumulating. I wouldn’t have noticed but dropped a cell phone and saw how bad it was which made me look behind all of the furniture. My shower had a huge hair ball left from a previous guest. So, that says housekeeping does not have enough time to take care of the details.
