The Omni hotel was excellent...
Liked: From the valet to the hotel staff all were extremely polite and welcoming. The room was very casual with a nice view of downtown. The location was also convenient for all of our downtown expeditions.
Disliked: I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay.

Liked: Everything was clean and upgraded, instead of the phones that did not work.
Disliked: The phone did not work. I could not contact anyone to ask for towels or room service. We could not order room service. The restaurant closed too early.

Overall enjoyed the venue
Liked: Great location. Liked the onsite food and drink options. Clean. 1 out of the 3 staff members i dealt with was helpful.
Disliked: Lack of pillow options. Arrived at 1pm and was told we would get a text when room was ready by 3pm. 330 we were told room not ready although others had keys in the rack. 4pm went again, still not getting the text, then the room was ready Felt dismissed by a person behind the desk when asking for suggestions

Great rooms, bad food.
Liked: Since we went for our babymoon they gave us a little care package it was super kind and the rooms were great.
Disliked: THe restaurant they had on-site and used for room service was not very good plus cost a lot of money. I would not do room service again from the location.

Very poor
Liked: The bed was comfortable enough. The housekeeper on Friday did a better job of servicing me with the little thing that she did while cleaning my room. She took the time out and placed my toiletries on a towel per-say and organized them accordingly. By her doing that, that let's me know that she cares about what she does.
Disliked: The overall pricing of the hotel basically and the overall cleanliness of the room. It was a lot of hit and miss when it came to the cleanliness of the room. Window sills were very dusty, above the headboard where they had pictures, in between the pictures were extremely dusty. The top of the bathroom mirror was dusty as well. I took photo's and made a video of the encounter that I'd faced. And the food was horrible. I had to eat out for the remainder of my stay. The restaurants that the Omni had or associated with were horrible. There are so many ways that you can cook a burger and their way was just down right disgusting. Overall, I use to do housekeeping, from cleaning attendant, to supervisor to Manager / Director at hotels Senior living facilities, to Hospitals and I use to own a restaurant while I was living in Florida, so I understand what cleaning and preparing foods is all about. Therefore with that being said, with the prices that you are charging (I paid a little over 2 grand for my stay). I would be expecting a little more comfort and food for that price. On a grade from A to F, umm, overall, I'll give Omni about a C - and with that score, I'm being generous. And with the video, it gives a lot better detail.
