Very nice, clean hotel. Only one person at check in on a Friday night of a booked hotel slowed the check in process down. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Location is great! The room was large, and the bed was super comfortable. Loved the double sinks in the barhroom.
Disliked: There was no microwave in the room. I cannot remember the last time I stayed in a hotel room with no microwave. The bartender at The Conservatory Bar was grumpy, took forever to give change back, and acted as if he was bothered by serving people.

Disliked: When I checked in I couldn’t understand a word the front counter man was saying. I kept saying I’m sorry? I don’t understand you. I had no idea where to go, what the parking thing was, where our room was, etc. The girl next to him finally started telling me all the info. Saw two people shooting up a block away. When we pulled out to leave a homeless man started swearing at us for no reason. We blame the government, not you.

Liked: The whole experience was great. The room was spacious, and there was a great view of the skyline and river. The bathroom was very clean. The hotel offered several upscale bars, restaurants, and shopping, and was very close to downtown amenities.
Disliked: Price of parking overnight in the garage. Parking itself, was quite convenient outside of the price.
