Galt House Hotel A Trademark Collection Hotel

Very nice, clean hotel. Only one person at check in on a Friday night of a booked hotel slowed the check in process down. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Very clean. Hostess was very busy but remained friendly.
Disliked: Parking is inconvenient and pricey. Only one person checking folks in on a busy Friday night.

Liked: Easy parking. Easy walking to many places
Disliked: The bar was closed on Thursday evening before 10pm

Disliked: During my three-day stay, I noticed that housekeeping was not provided for the first two days. It was only upon check-out that I was informed that I could have requested housekeeping. It would have been more appropriate for this information to have been communicated at the time of check-in so that guests are aware of the procedures and can request services as needed.

Liked: how central it is, very easy to go for a walk or drive, the view and how nice the hotel is to spend time with the family.
Disliked: They didn't have breakfast included, the pillows on the bed aren't comfortable and should be replaced with better ones.

Liked: The gold house was an excellent facility. The view from our room was wonderful. Close to restaurants and attractions. Customer service and staff were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
