We were there for concert @ YUM Center, which was literally only a few steps away. When we arrived, we were asked if we would like a "Balcony room" - YES! It faced YUM Center. Was great for viewing activity goings on before & after the concert.

Liked: Location!
Disliked: Was told breakfast was included. They offered breakfast but was it NOT complimentary.

Liked: Close to the YUM Center and the people were very friendly.
Disliked: Broken tile in the bathroom; not enough towels; the walls were painted 2 different colors and looked like it was not finished at all. And most hotels offer complimentary breakfasts these days.

Superb

Liked: The location was perfect for our trip. The front staff was wonderful.
Disliked: I didn’t like how the checkout time is 12p and house keeping used a key and tried to open the door to my room at 9am. They would have walked in the room had it not been for the guard at the top of the door. When we left the cart was in the middle of the hall so you couldn’t even get by.

Liked: Right next to yum center. Perfect location to restaurants.
Disliked: Even on the 8th floor some of the traffic was a little loud.

Liked: My room was clean
Disliked: I didn't like that they charged me more than Booking.com quoted me online . Front desk clerk hung the phone up in my face and i asked why he did not answer me. Did not have breakfast complimentary.
