Liked: Rooms were large. Onsite restaurant and bar were excellent. Love Malin + Goetz toiletries. Wonderful art.
Disliked: I asked for bright exterior room and got one in the atrium. It was a high floor so that was better than my first stay which was the 2nd floor. I need sunlight. Both stays were only overnights, so I was fine, but had it been for a few days, I might have tried to switch.

Liked: Absolutely unique experience staying in a museum with thought provoking exhibits. The warm welcome by the staff upon arrival continues with the fun, signature reflection wall by the elevators and the Infinity light fixture on the elevator ceiling. Comfortable beds, high quality sheets, towels and robes and high end soaps, lotions, etc. complete the luxurious get away.

Liked: The facility and staff were equally amazing. Pitch-perfect experience with many fond memories. Dinner at Proof was fabulous. My friends envy my fun

Liked: The art gallery made the hotel experience!!
Disliked: A newer room would have been nice, all the furniture was glass even night stands. Baseboards in room were dusty.

Liked: I like the art, location; and cleanliness and size of the rooms.
Disliked: The 21c in Lexington has these great bathrooms w large showers and tubs that I was looking forward to again, but they aren't the same in the Louisville location.

Liked: Hotel is nicely done. Enjoyed the art.
Disliked: There's nothing to do in this downtown area beside baseball museum and Ali. We couldn't find any shops or interesting places to spend an afternoon in. Not a bagel store or local coffee shop. Very disappointed in that. Won't be back to Louisville!

Liked: Some of the staff remember my name.
Disliked: The hotel did not have my Booking.com reservation when I checked in. I had to show them my Booking.com printout.

Liked: This hotel such a refreshing change. The art exhibits, even the urinal In the men's room were amazing. Also, I was traveling with a lot of cash as I was coming from a cash-and-carry tradeshow. I actually left the cash in the safe when I checked out. About an hour later the manager called and asked if I left anything in the safe. She said she had my cash and would hold it for me in their safe until I could return to get it. Nice to know the staff is honest. We had an inner room that faced a large window well. It was nice and quite. I usually book Starwood or Hilton properties because I have status with those chains, so glad I decided to try something different this time.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.
