We experienced a wonderful stay while being in town for a concert at the YUM Center. It was close to walk to the concert as well. The hotel was very clean, staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The only bad thing was rust dripping off the handrails entering the hot tub - although we did tell a housekeeper and they were going to wipe it down. They're even pet friendly! Great hotel and we would stay again.
Liked: Very nice hotel.
Disliked: Rust on handrails to hot tub.

The hotel staff was very helpful. They had great security. The room was fabulous. I would book a stay there again.

Liked: well priced, ok breakfast, within walking distance of theater area.
Disliked: Sort of a seedy area. No coke products

Liked: The hotel was a very nice place, convenient for walking to restaurants. The room was lovely and the breakfast was very good. The pool & hot tub were bonuses.
Disliked: The only surprise we did not anticipate was a $16 parking fee for overnight parking.

Liked: I liked the customer service I received the guy that checked me into the hotel. I feel that he knows what he is doing and knows how to treat his guests staying at the hotel and to make them feel welcomed.
Disliked: Nothing to say about this hotel it's all good.

Liked: Hotel employee was more than accommodating on the phone and during check in. He was a welcoming presence and seemed genuinely happy to have us as guests. Hotel employee was so gracious and helpful and provided the ultimate in customer service. H
Disliked: Another member of the front desk personnel was not so delightful. Unfortunately, her customer service skills are less developed and she put a tarnish on an otherwise delightful stay.

Liked: The room was amazing. Very spacious and had everything you may need. The free breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great.
Disliked: There is a non refundable pet fee which I did not know about until checking in.

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area. The room has only 1 bed with a pull-out couch, but it worked for our situation. Also, the layout of the room was well planned with clever use of furniture.
