Being in a wheelchair makes the smallest things more difficult. We were stuck in traffic 3 hours but Theresa Caputo waited for us as everything was running behind, but all went very well. The staff were amazing - truly inspirational. Thanks to the staff I got to enjoy what I’d paid for.
Liked: The staff were brilliant with us.
Disliked: Everything was running way behind.

Saw Wolfmother supported by Turbowolf. Really nice venue with good acoustics even for rock music. Probably the best sounds I've heard at a gig.

Paid £50 each for tickets for Dance to the Music show - had a good view of the band but could not see the front of the stage and the dancers! Problem was caused by people in front rows of "Kings Row" sitting forward in their seats. we couldn't even see the large screens to either side as we were sat in the centre of the row. Yes, there was a bar, but there is one downstairs too. Yes we went in by a different entrance, but the signage was appalling once inside and it was difficult to find your way around. The seats in Kings Row are of the comfy cinema type, which is nice. I couldn't help feeling we had been ripped off - would have been better off sitting downstairs in the cheaper seats. My advice - don't waste your money on Kings Row seats if you want to see anything!

6rh march Peter Andre concert, brilliant Was worried about size of venue as I normally visit the o2 arena but was pleasently surprised. Security was excellent, everyone that was standing was well looked after from staff so there was no fall outs between people. Great size venue with the bars open and clock room area for those standing. Would visit again x
