Very friendly staff. Room was very clean; air con was not working - we were informed of this and told a fan was in the room. Spotlights out in bathroom, making it quite dark. Also a spot light out on the room. Beds very comfy. Had to use stairs to get to 5th floor on several occasions as lifts would not work. Luckily we were able to do this, other guests may struggle.

We were so tired by the time we got to the hotel, the receptionist could clearly see I was a wheelchair user, yet I paid for a room that had no toilet facilities for a wheelchair. Once confronted I was given a disabled room that suited my needs. So it worked out in the end.

Liked: There was a problem with facilities to bathroom. I was given another room with wheelchair access.
Disliked: Couldn't believe they initially gave me a room with toilet inaccessible for a wheelchair user.

Nice hotel , good location...

Liked: Good location ,nice and clean , comfortable room and bed, excellent breakfast . Really poor evening food , poor options available , fries were cold when delivered ( my wife didn’t eat any of hers ) NO HOT DRINKS AVALABLE AT ALL ,we couldn’t get a tea or coffee ???? As the machines were off . For such a large hotel group I was amazed

perfect for visiting O2 arena,...

Liked: Breakfast was fabulous.
Disliked: A couple requested a room when we were booking in and their rate for the room was a lot cheaper than we paid.

Liked: The Breakfast the next morning was ok.
Disliked: We got to the hotel about 10 minutes early and was asked to wait until the 3pm check in time, which was fine and fair, when 3pm came we were told they were experiencing issues with the rooms not being ready by the back of house staff and could we wait longer (which was useless as we needed to get to the O2 for our pre booked show). After waiting in the reception area we were then called to the desk to check in. We were apologised to and then they began to check us in. Once we arrived at our room we were horrified to see that are room was not made up and in a complete mess by the person that had stayed in the room the night before. The room they'd given us wasn't even correct as we had booked a room for 3 people (sofa bed) which wasn't ready or even in the room. We went back down to discuss this with reception (now really late for our show) to find a very long queue of people, some with the same issue. All in all very disappointing and will not be staying with them or the chain again.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and the accommodation was clean.
Disliked: Our room was above the reception and we could hear music playing all night which meant we found it very difficult to sleep. For the amount of money we paid we were very disappointed that we were unable to get a good nights sleep because of something caused by the hotel.
