Very good

Don’t get scammed for parking!!

Disliked: Paid over £50 to park in the hotel car park, to then find when checking out I’d been given a £60 ticket.Hotel advised was due to not being parked correctly in a bay, however most of the ‘car park’ doesn’t have bays painted anyway. There was in excess of 50 cars with a ticket on their windscreen & other guests complaining on checkout so hotel definitely aware & is just a money making exercise. More frustrating was I asked about paying for parking on check in as there is no pre payment method or pay & display machine, at which point the reception team could have made me aware about the parking issues but chose not to.

Perfect night, on a perfect...

Liked: The room was modern, spacious and clean. It smelled gorgeous and the view was stunning. The access to the 02 was amazing, safe and quick. Breakfast was amazing
Disliked: Nothing

Pleasant Experience

Liked: I liked the location, and the main route to the 02. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Room was too hot - air con wasn't very good.No bin bags in the bin.Slight dust by bed.

Superb

Exceptional hotel with lovely, friendly...

Liked: Location was excellent. So close to o2, few minutes walk via a connected corridor. Arrived at 2pm and was able to check-in immediately. Greeted by friendly staff. Room was perfect for our stay, spacious, clean and part view of the river.We ordered breakfast to our room, with a small surcharge of £5, was excellent. We made use of the spa during our stay, loved the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Complimentary robe and slippers to use during stay. Staff once again were very warm and welcoming. The rooftop bar was closed during our stay so we visited the clipper bar. With fantastic views, unfortunately we didn’t stay long as we had to meet friends at the o2. Check out was quick and easy. We managed to park in onsite car park, £52 to pay on checkout. Throughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend especially if visiting o2. We will return if we come to o2 again.
Disliked: Car park is small, very limited spaces.
