Taken money without authorization

Liked: Room was nice
Disliked: The check in was so long and protracted and I had a two night stay for three rooms. On the second day we had to get fresh keys and my son had to put a further deposit on the room. Once I returned I got this repaid as I had already had £600 taken on my credit card. We left on the Sat only to find that £344 had been taken from my credit card without my authorization. I rang immediately - first -“ no record of your stay “. Then eventually they found it. After some discussion I was told it would be refunded Two days later - still no refund. I ring again - initially no record of the stay but then I was told it had been refunded !!!!! I have not received this. I now have to wait for 4 hrs so this person can check with a colleague. Very unprofessional

Great location for a show...

Liked: Very clean, lots of things in the immediate area. I was there for a show so it was super easy to navigate. The bed was comfy, room was great. Would absolutely stay again for a show.
Disliked: It’s very far from anything in central or north London, so definitely be prepared for 20-40 min tube rides depending on where you’re headed!

Liked: Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice.If you went away hungry, it was your fault.
