Excellent value and great service
Liked: Breakfast was good, to be excellent they need to invest in some quality sausages and bacon. The selection was wide, slightly disappointed with the pancakes as they come out of machine. Service was excellent from all staff we encountered. Room nice and spacious, cleaned to a high standard, loved the extras such as the expresso machine in the room.
Disliked: Checking in was awfully long and after a journey to get there, the last thing you want to do is take 20 mins to check in.

Disliked: They said you must paid insurance for £50 and after you stay finish the amount of insurance will be back to your bank account for 3 working days and it didn’t go.

Very comfortable. My daughter 7years...
Liked: The location was superb. Hospitality. I think one of the best when it comes to hospitality. The staff were very grounded and very soft spoken. Only smiles on Enrons face which means they very happy to work there.
Disliked: Only one little thing. There was a mistake being made during check out and I requested for an email. Which took a long time to reach me and hasn’t received at all. So had to rely on paper print copy.
