Disliked: Staff were rude even duty managers and my child came out the pool and had cut his toe somehow in the pool and staff and managers didn’t do anything about it no compensation or anything and then managers accused me off having 6 people in the room when they seen us come in and out as a family of four

Liked: Comfy and clean
Disliked: Delay on arrival without much initial help.A member of staff then offered a different room which had a better view but didn't really help overall especially with the young kids.Need a better system when they are delayed with the cleaning team

Disliked: Booking.com stated everything was included in final price, however got message later from hotel that I had to pay for 1 of your breakfast however managed to get it sorted at hotel

Liked: Friendly staff, good location to the waterfront. Staff very helpful in resolving our issues quickly. Restaurant/bar area relaxing. Breakfast very enjoyable
Disliked: Paid for an earlier check in, however, rooms weren't ready. When we could access the room, there was food under the coffee table. This was addressed quickly with the housekeeping staff. My early check-in fee was refunded without any fuss

Great hotel with good facilities,...

Liked: The breakfast was good, and the staff in the hotel restaurant where I ate twice were really friendly and helpful. The sauna was wonderful, and the room clean and bed comfy. The room was well equipped with an ironing board, tea facilities etc.
Disliked: They didn't provide earplugs behind the desk which would have been helpful as it is in a lively area.
