Will definitely be staying here again.
My friend and I stayed here because we were in town to see BFD (at Shoreline Amphitheatre) and I got the room through ConcertHotels.com, which made it reasonable. We checked in on Friday afternoon and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool or jacuzzi wasn't heated and it was dirty - I told the front desk lady and she got maintenance to work on it right away. The continental breaKfast was great, especially making your own waffles. Next time I am bringing my husband and daughter - back again next month for a much needed family vacation. YOU ROCK!
