Liked: The hotel is low-key luxury. Very welcoming vibes without being overly eager. Love the easy parking and comfortable (albeit small) rooms. We would absolutely stay again! Hoping to try the restaurant next time as it looked amazing.
Disliked: The coffee bar was a disappointment. Honestly one of the worst lattes Ive ever had at a specialty coffee shop. The girls who worked there seemed to not care.

Liked: The aesthetic, ambiance, free parking/wifi, friendly staff, amazing pool area and spa amenities.
Disliked: During our stay, there was a PG&E power outage that lasted for hours that limited the amenities available such as the elevator (and we were on the 5th floor) and the spa/ coffee was unavailable.

Liked: Everyone working there is very professional and helpful. Clean Comfy Easy check in Wonderful delicate aroma all over Its a favorite of mine
Disliked: PGE repairs kept power out 5am till 9ish. No ones fault but would have been good to know prior to visit if possible Glow sticks were provided. For going down hall. Stairs 5 floors No help with bags or anything but I managed ok got my exercise lol

Exceptional

Liked: Basically clean and super comfortable ,welcoming staff. Consistent No problems with booking or price Wonderful towels and bedding Beautiful atmosphere. In and out Great parking ev charging Restaurant/bar pricey but good Safe convenient area
Disliked: Tv is tricky Ive figured it out before but not this time More info when checking in would be good Not crazy about water bottles of plastic but at least they offer. And are free. Refill stations are great

False advertising. This was definitely...

Liked: Felt safe
Disliked: The scent they use all over the hotel and in the room was AWFUL. It’s extremely intrusive and off putting. It was even in the shower products. Just because of this I would not go back. Also, for the price you really would expect a more luxurious feel, but it felt like false advertising when we got there. Definitely stay at the Ameswell if you’re looking for a similar hotel in the area.

Liked: From the outside first glance, to check in girl, to cleanliness, bar, room, bed, staff to amazing price: we won't stay anywhere else again but here.
Disliked: bar didn't stay open later than 10 pm. but in the lobby of the hotel we can understand why. but the bar was amazingly stocked with high end quality spirits
