staff members go out of...

Liked: Lovely hotel and very friendly and supportive staff. this was graduation weekend and they were super helpful in holding on to some of out student's luggage for us and offering to store it for a few days. we hugely appreciated this offer as it made our stay in the bay area so much easier. Thank you Graduate Hotel!
Disliked: Everything was very nice.
