Overall, we had a lovely...
Liked: The food was very good., and we loved that everything was included. The bed was comfortable, there was a TV in every room even the bathroom. The Staff was very polite, friendly, and accommodating.
Disliked: Due to covid, the concierge couldn't show us around our suite and explain how all the devices worked. Some of it was unfamiliar to us. We had a hard time getting through to the concierge by phone to place room service orders. When our breakfast came, they forgot the orange juice and coffee drinks we had ordered.

Liked: Rourke and Sebastian were the absolute best. They took care of our every request with such friendliness and always with a smile.

Amazing anniversary
Liked: Impeccable service, delicious food, small details like yoga mats in the room, Voss water everywhere, cabanas, eating by the pool, all inclusive food and alcoholic drinks delivered to room (restaurant was closed), can request amazon Fire stick for room, 24/7 pantry with Tin pot creamery ice cream :)
Disliked: If booking outside their website, you may not receive the survey requesting your preferences. Call the hotel to let them know how you want your room stocked and other special requests
