Elvis Show was amazing - really wonderfully put together. Had a lovely afternoon. Also the Nissan Innovation was first class. However, did not like the O2 Arena - big cold place. Found it a very dismal experience, though the show was fantastic.

Liked: Elvis Show was amazing/fabulous. Well put together.
Disliked: Very disappointing arena. Expected more.

Liked: Fantastic venue.

Very Good - 4 out of 5

Merchandising was a bit pricey, but that wasn't what I went for. Brad Paisley put on a briliant show, interacting with his fantastic videos. He is a true superstar. Dixie Chicks were great - energetic, lovely harmonies and a career spanning set. Zac Brown Band were a bit Marmite, with an eclectic set over several genres. Sagged in the middle when they lost their audience with drum and guitar solos, but finished strongly. Rascal Flatts were polished yet just a bit dull in contrast to The Band Perry who were lively and energetic - even including Fat Bottom Girls by Queen. Dierks Bently was the surpise packet who stole the audience on Saturday night with a great set, whilst for me, Martina McBride and Chris Young were just support.

Liked: VIP facilities were excellent in the Amex Invites Lounge. Pleasant, courteous staff. Good quality food and clean facilities.
Disliked: Sound quality wasn't great.

I last visited 'The DOME ' as it was, in 2000. Went to a concert last night (Neil Young) - fantastic space - it seems so much bigger! And great choice of places to eat all around in that fantastic plaza. Must go again very soon - thank you!

Liked: Great venue!

Paid a fortune - couldn't hear a word Rod Stewart said. Sound distorted and the screen part obstructed. What more can I say! Don't bother unless you are in really expensive seats. How do you complain to this place?

Disliked: Yes!

I took my children to see Walking with Dinosaurs and I found the whole experience great. Loved the show and the O2 Arena was great. Definitely recommend it.

Liked: Great.

Disappointing - 2 out of 5

Fiona, Guildford

So disappointed. We were sat in row U at the highest row in the arena - entrance 413 I think, in seats 550 and 551. Tickets were about £50 each. The performer (Pink) would have been amazing if we could have seen her but she was a mere dot on the horizon and the sound that high up at the back is not good either. There are screens either side but they are fairly small and poor quality and our view of each screen was obstructed by what may have been a lighting box. No warning of this when I bought the tickets. Would have been better off watching it on YouTube. Also there were two guys (not together), one in a dark suit and one in a white shirt, who kept making everyone in the row stand up as they kept going out to the bar to bring drinks back every twenty minutes, treading on our toes and making those in our row miss what little we could see of the performance. I hope the selfish gits read this. Row U entrance 413 seat numbers in the five hundreds, Saturday 27 April 2013. They should have just spent the evening in the pub instead of spoiling everyone else in the row's enjoyment. Bitterly disappointed.

Liked: Friendly staff. Low key but efficient security.
Disliked: Poor screens with restricted view; poor sound.
