Pleasant

Liked: Staff were nice and ready to help. Restaurant ambiance was great and food options good too. Very well located.
Disliked: Room facilities could do with some improvements. Bathroom, sinks, WC look old and some part rusty. Bath tap had No shower curtains or anything protecting water from spilling. AC centrally managed and where temperature doesn’t suit you, you have to just manage. A few amenities here and there needs to improve . Aside that a good stay.

Nice staff, very hard beds.

Liked: the staff on the front desk were very nice. The hotel is in a great location right beside the station, and breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. I asked to be moved but was told all the beds were the same but an extra duvet was provided - it helped a little but both my husband and I woke with aches and pains from the uncomfortable bed. There was no water in the roomthe room decor was tired and in need of a upgrade - bathroom in particular was grotty.

Bad

Liked: Dirty carpet. Poorly maintained especially in the bathroom. Bath tap did not work so had to fill it using the shower to bath our toddler. TV kept going "green". Website states 4 star but the rooms are a 2.5 at best. Not sure if they are in the process of renovating as the lobby was nicely fitted out. Our room was on the 4th floor - pictures attached

Liked: Breakfast was great; loved being next to the station.
Disliked: There was some kind of scented plug-in used in the foyer/restaurant area that smelled gross and overpowering. There appeared to be a lack of housekeeping staff as room service food trays for collection were left outside rooms for over a day.
