Can't fault the Theater Royal; great seating area; warm and friendly staff to guide us older generation to our spot. Only one area for improvement was the stars merchandising sales desk twas manic before and after the show.

Liked: Friendly staff and swift guidance to the correct venue hall and seating area.
Disliked: Twas a tad warm in the concert hall where Gladys Knight was performing.

I travelled from Leeds to see Simple Minds on Friday 26th May 2017, only four days after the bombing at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester. Despite this, I was still very keen to attend and I found the bag searches reassuring. Simple Minds were excellent as always and my experience was enhanced by my having a VIP seat on the 2nd row - close enough to see the blue of Jim Kerr's eyes!

Liked: I had an excellent view of the stage due to my seat on the 2nd row of the stalls.
Disliked: Nothing was bad - I have no complaints at all.

Liked: The Band ABC.
Disliked: None.

Saw Alan Davies on this occasion, but always enjoy visits to this wonderful venue. For people to enjoy a more personal experience.

Liked: Wonderful show as always at this wonderful venue.

Husband lost hat but staff very helpful and we collected it the next morning.
