Delightful stay. Good décor and well fitted room. We had a pre-theatre meal in bar - excellent and good service; ditto the breakfast. Highly recommended. 5 minutes walk to Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall and tram stop .

Disliked: A shame that you had to pay for parking - £15 is a lot for overnight. Ideally this should be included in the rate of the room.

Liked: Staff were very kind and informative, particularly the guy that checked us in and out, he seemed to always be there and was very helpful. The hotel was very nice, with great rooms and a nice stylish bar. Car parking and the hotel itself was a very convenient location.
Disliked: Noise between rooms. Must be thin walls. But ear plugs were provided and at night time the neighbours were very quiet.

Liked: The hotel was good. Staff were friendly, the bed was colossal, bar area is plush without being too posh. We will certainly be back.
Disliked: We inadvertently went in the pool during kids hour and it was anything other than relaxing!! A sauna would also be superb.
