We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the PK Plaza, our 1st time here and hopefully not our last. One night stay for the Gladys Knight Farewell Tour 02/07/24. Luke has been a bonus to this hotel. I've dealt with him regarding several changes in my confirmation booking. He swiftly, professionally and with a friendly manner deals with any hiccups or rearranging with ease. The hotel is amazingly clean and modern, very comfortable and is in a prime location for all your city needs. Well done team, thanks from my sister and I. (Sunderland)

Liked: Cleanliness;warm, friendly staff and well situated in the city for everything one is interested in.
Disliked: Strange approach to underground hotel parking and accessing the entrance via an intercom buzzer, especially for senior citizens being newbies to the daunting city. Maybe a good call to highlight this to future clients that are not familiar with the hotel, especially from other UK cities.

Great hotel, great location, best...

Liked: Clean, quiet despite main road, comfy bed. Good and close to location for what we needed. Online check in was excellent and only reason we had no staff interactions. The online door key was unique and made our stay effortless.
Disliked: One negative was facilities stocked but only 2 tea bags in supplies.

Liked: The big chair in the room was very comfy, the room was warm and clean
Disliked: If I hadnt been out drinking and like abit of music it might have been abit noisy with local clubs and bars but it did t bother me
