We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the PK Plaza, our 1st time here and hopefully not our last. One night stay for the Gladys Knight Farewell Tour 02/07/24. Luke has been a bonus to this hotel. I've dealt with him regarding several changes in my confirmation booking. He swiftly, professionally and with a friendly manner deals with any hiccups or rearranging with ease. The hotel is amazingly clean and modern, very comfortable and is in a prime location for all your city needs. Well done team, thanks from my sister and I. (Sunderland)

Liked: Cleanliness;warm, friendly staff and well situated in the city for everything one is interested in.
Disliked: Strange approach to underground hotel parking and accessing the entrance via an intercom buzzer, especially for senior citizens being newbies to the daunting city. Maybe a good call to highlight this to future clients that are not familiar with the hotel, especially from other UK cities.

Breakfast was excellent; hotel validated car park ticket so we only paid half price.

Liked: Great hotel in a brilliant location close to city centre attractions. Staff were very kind and accommodating, and the room itself was great. Very spacious, with a large bathroom and everything one could need for a good stay. We stayed two nights and chose to skip a room refresh/fresh towels so ended up with a drinks coupon for the hotel bar, which was great also.
Disliked: TV wouldn't connect to the internet so we couldn't Chromecast from our own devices, but that was the only downside.

Liked: Lovely room - superior twin.Great shower and good selection of tea/ coffee.Plus, loved having complimentary drinks in reception for guests.
Disliked: Lovely to have secure parking on site, but I think £20 overnight is a bit steep.

Liked: The location was really convenient for Nottingham city centre, and the Bus/ Train Stations. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There were a number of vouchers available for discounts at the restaurant, but I didn't use the restaurant, so I can't judge that experience.
Disliked: While there were vouchers for the restaurant, from reading them, it didn't appear you could use them together, only one at a time, which seemed strange. Breakfast wasn't included in my offer, if that is something you look for in hotels.
